By accessing or using Allied Health Alliance, operated by Allied Health Alliance Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at alliedhealthalliance.net and mobile application (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Allied Health Alliance Inc. operates Allied Health Alliance, a professional community platform for allied health professionals (Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and related professionals) to share research, present at virtual symposiums, access clinical tools, and network with peers.
To access member features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of all content you post, including research papers, posts, comments, and profile information. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Allied Health Alliance Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.
You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Research papers uploaded to the Platform are shared at the discretion of the author.Allied Health Alliance does not claim ownership of uploaded research. Authors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share their work (e.g., that it is not under exclusive license to a publisher).
Symposium presentations are conducted via live video. By presenting, you consent to your presentation being viewed by registered attendees in real time. Recordings, if made available, will be accessible to members on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Users may report content for review. We use automated filtering and manual review to maintain community standards.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Allied Health Alliance Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in user-generated content. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from Security Settings. Deleting your account will remove:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the Membership page to stop billing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions regarding content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive.
The Platform is designed for licensed allied health professionals, including but not limited to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs). All users who identify as licensed professionals are solely responsible for maintaining their state licensure, adhering to their profession's code of ethics, and ensuring that any clinical information shared on the Platform complies with applicable laws and professional standards.
Allied Health Alliance Inc. does not verify professional licenses, provide clinical supervision, or assume responsibility for clinical decisions made by users. Content shared on the Platform, including research, clinical tools, and peer discussions, is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
